Mudular Cyclones for a Factory Emitted Powder Recovery
Mudular Cyclones for a Factory Emitted Powder Recovery
Cyclones are a technology that uses cyclonic separation as its method of removing particulates from an air, gas or liquid stream, without the use of filters, through vortex separation. Generally, for particles from a few microns upward, cyclones provide an attractive process alternative for particle separation from a fluid.
PSA Hydrocyclones & Gas-cyclones are designed to achieve high particles collection efficiencies at low pressure drops. We will offer the most suitable configuration depending on your efficiency requirements and space limitations.
Applications:
Cyclones are applied in both heavy and light industrial applications and may be designed as either classifiers or separators. Their applications are as plentiful as they are varied. Examples include their use in the separation or classification of powder coatings, plastic fines, saw dust, wood chips, sand, sintered/powdered metal, plastic and metal pellets, rock and mineral crushings, carbon fines, grain products, pulverized coal, chalk, coal and coal ash, catalyst recovery and cracking heater coke fines removal, coke & tar removal from quench water/oil in ethylene plants.
With our comprehensive experience and knowledge in filtration and separation technologies we are able to offer quality services and products for oil & gas, industrial water and wastewater, chemical, environmental, metal and mineral processing industries. PSA provides full process design for separation internals and complete packaged equipment.
PSA is pleased to announce that we now represent the Enhydra Co.
